Information you provide

The current VellaTide website does not submit or store enquiry-form information on a website server. When you prepare an enquiry, your email application opens with the details you entered. Information is transmitted only when you choose to send that email.

How enquiries are used

Information sent to hello.vellatide@gmail.com is used to review product requirements, respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and coordinate related commercial discussions. It is not sold to third parties.

Website technology and analytics

The website may load fonts and catalogue images from third-party infrastructure providers. Those providers may receive standard technical information such as IP address, browser details and request time.

When analytics is enabled, VellaTide uses PostHog to understand page visits and key catalogue and quotation actions. The configured analytics events do not include names, email addresses, enquiry messages or the contents of commercial form fields. Automatic interaction capture and session recording are disabled, and analytics identifiers are kept in browser memory rather than persistent browser storage. PostHog may still receive standard request metadata needed to operate its service. See PostHog's privacy policy for information about its processing.

Retention and deletion

Email correspondence may be retained for business administration and enquiry follow-up. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing hello.vellatide@gmail.com, subject to any applicable record-keeping obligations.
