Catalogue images, product descriptions, minimum quantities and lead times are provided for preliminary discussion. They do not constitute a binding offer, guarantee or production commitment.

Quotations and orders

Pricing, availability, specifications, sampling, minimums, payment milestones, quality criteria, delivery terms and production schedules are confirmed separately in writing. An enquiry or prepared email does not create an order or contract.

Product development

Production proceeds only after the applicable quotation, specifications, sample approvals and commercial terms have been accepted. Materials and colours may be subject to supplier availability and minimum quantities.

Catalogue content

Catalogue material may not be copied, republished or represented as another business’s offering without permission. Product imagery is illustrative of available directions and must not be interpreted as an exclusivity commitment.

Third-party services

External email, image-hosting and other third-party services operate under their own terms and policies. VellaTide is not responsible for interruptions outside its reasonable control.
